For cracks where water intrusion is the main concern, we use a flexible polyurethane injection that creates a permanent, flexible water seal, even in cracks that move slightly with the seasons.

Cosmetic cracks are usually hairline-thin, vertical, and appear in the first year or two after a foundation is poured, as the concrete finishes curing and settling. They can be accompanied by doors or windows that stick, or floors that feel slightly uneven. Water-related cracks are their own category. A crack doesn't have to be wide to let water through, and even a hairline crack that weeps or leaves white mineral deposits (efflorescence) behind is worth sealing with polyurethane before it leads to a damp basement or crawl space.
